Councillor Andrew Murday

Andrew Murday was elected to represent Pateley Bridge and Nidderdale in the May 2022 elections for the North Yorkshire County Council.

He is a retired heart surgeon who lives on his small-holding near Glasshouses. He is also currently a member of the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority.

His particular interests are supporting the rural community and public transport.
